    Chateau D'Ax Facts...

    Frame:
    Frames are a combination of hardwoods and plywood. The frames are fully padded so that the leather does not touch the frame. This creates soft corners, protects the leather and gives a soft hand to the exterior surface.

    Seating:
    The suspension in the seating deck is 8 gauge steel sinuous springs (also known as no sag). Back cushions are supported by nylon tension straps. The cushion is a 1.8 pound density non allergenic foam, which is equal to or exceeds industry standard for seating. The seat cushions consists of a firm foam center encapsulated in a softer foam outer case. The cushions are wrapped in a polyester fiber for additional comfort, then encased in a fabric bag then attached to the frame.
    Back cushions are in a fabric bag that has a center baffle to keep the fiber from migrating to the bottom of the cushion.

    Leather:
    Only 100% cowhide leather is used as a cover for the entire product line. We does NOT use any type of bonded leather, vinyl or synthetic material.
