Requesting Service
In order to initiate a Request for Service on your Guardsman Furniture Protection Plan, follow the link below to have a Service Request Form emailed to you. Please note you will need the following information ready before you can proceed: In order to log in, Guardsman requires the information that you provided to the Furniture Retailer at the time of purchase: * Last Name * Phone Number * Zip Code Once you are logged in, you will be asked to verify the following information: * Retailer Name * Sale or Delivery Date of Furniture * Type of Protection Plan Purchased
Next you will need to provide a valid email address so the Service Request Form and your unique Service Request Number can be emailed to you. Once you receive the form, print it, and answer all of the questions completely. Follow the directions on the Service Request Form to submit the information to Guardsman making sure you include all supporting documentation requested before mailing. If you are not 100% pleased with your new leather furniture, our goal is to correct the situation as quickly as possible. Merchandise reselection or refund is available if the furniture has been returned in its original condition within seven (7) days of delivery or pick up. There is a 10% fee for all returned stock items and a 30% fee for any special order items. Original delivery and pick up fees are non-refundable. A full refund will be issued on an undelivered order canceled within three (3) days of the sale date. If the order is canceled after three (3) days and the delivery has NOT yet taken place, a cancellation fee of 10% for stock items and 30% for special orders will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded. (Floor samples and clearance items are excluded.) Refunds will be issued by the same method as the purchase was made (i.e. by check or credit card). Checks are mailed after a 10-day waiting period and all cash deposits will be refunded via check.
