Frames Parts & Springs: Wood frames and springs carry a lifetime warranty to the original retail purchaser against defects in material or workmanship for the useful life of the product, as long as it remains upholstered in the original covering, and is used under normal condition. Springs are covered for breakage due to metal fatigue or pulling loose from wood frames. Artistic Leathers will, at its own discretion, repair or replace the part that is defective. After the first year of use, the frame and spring warranty covers replacement parts only and it does not cover any associated labor or shipping charges. Our frames are constructed of premium selected Kiln-dried hardwoods and plywood, no particle boards or flake board is used. All Frames are precision fitted and then glued, stapled, and reinforced with solid wood corner blocks to insure a strong, durable seating unit.
Cushion Cores: Cushion cores carry 2-year limited warranty to the original retail purchaser against abnormal loss of resiliency as long as it remains upholstered in the original covering and is used under normal conditions. The loss of resilience should not be confused with softening and flattening of polyester fiber/feather wraps and foam that will occur as a result of normal use and aging. This softening is considered normal wear and is no way considered a manufacturer’s defect. After the first year of use, the cushion core warranty covers replacement cores only and does not cover any associated labor or shipping costs.
We use a complete envelope with zipper access filled with feather and fibers fitted around Marshal Coil seat core.
Compression of certain filling materials with use is normal and should not be considered loss of resiliency such as fiber/feather filled seat cushion tops, and backs. Regular fluffing will prevent internal fibers from matting and help to prolong the vibrancy of these products.
Motion Reclining Mechanism: Warrants all motion hardware fixtures of its motion products to the original retail purchaser, protection against defective materials or workmanship for the period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase, based on reasonable use. Artistic Leathers will, at its discretion, repair or replace the part of the mechanism that is defective. After the first year of use, the mechanism warranty covers replacement parts only and does not cover any associated labor or shipping costs. These components are not manufactured by Artistic Leathers, and the warranty is limited to supplier availability of parts.
Leather: Warrants to the original retail purchaser, protection against seam slippage, leather splitting and cracking for the period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Leather is a natural material and each hide reflects its own characteristics. On average four to five hides is used on most sofas. Shading variations, nicks, healed scars and wrinkles are considered natural beauties, and not defects.
Not be responsible for leather treatments that are applied to our furniture after it has left our factory. Many of our leathers have been pre-treated with protective finish which helps prevent most, but not all, stains.
Because we are unaware of the effect of many treatments available on the market today, we can only be responsible for the finish that is applied before it leaves our factory. Applying after market leather products voids Artistic Leathers warranty.
At its discretion, repair or replace the defective part. The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse or condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care.
Not responsible for fading or discoloration of leather due to sunlight (direct or indirect) or body oils, as well as any condition resulting from other than normal residential wear or from any use for which the product was not designed.
Warranty limitations: NOT responsible for pickup and delivery charges for local repairs or inspections under the above warranty.

Service Policy: Should service under this warranty be necessary, the purchaser must contact the authorized dealer of purchase. Proof of purchase with the original bill of sale is required. Our company representative will determine if repair or replacement parts is necessary. Artistic leathers reserve the right to request photo verification and/or the return of defective parts to its factory.
